Delivery and Returns


Free delivery across the United Kingdom.

All items ordered from Gosh Rocks are bespoke and made to order.

Your order will be delivered from 3-4 weeks of ordering by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed (Next Day Service).

You will be required to sign for your delivery. It is therefore important that you are available to receive the delivery in person.

If you need to make alternate arrangements such as having your item delivered to a business address, please specify this on ordering. Please contact us at to discuss any queries about our delivery services. We may ask you to provide proof of identity before shipping.

We are unable to deliver to P.O addresses.


At Gosh Rocks we make every effort to ensure your bespoke, handcrafted item is of the highest quality. However, as with all handmade orders there is a slight margin for error.

Bespoke items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

If you have a concern about your item upon receipt, please contact us to discuss the issue before returning the item, so that we can assess the best way to resolve it.

If we ask you to return your item for our craftsman to review, or you wish to return a ring to be resized, please follow these instructions:

  • Repack your item securely, using the original packaging if possible.
  • Please address your parcel to S Quance, 5 Warstone Lane, Hockley, Birmingham, B18 6JE.
  • Do not write phrases such as ‘jewellers’ or ‘Gosh Rocks’ on your parcel, for security and discretion.
  • Return your items by Royal Mail Special Delivery and ensure that you are fully insured.

In the event of a manufacturing fault, you have 30 days to return the item from the date of delivery. In the event of resizing, you have 120 days to return the item to us from the date of delivery.
